What To Expect
Gym'JAM is designed for all recreational athletes looking for progress. The class offers 3 levels: Pink (beginner), Purple (intermediate) & Gold (invitation only). Jammers are evaluated during their trial class.
Pink: basic skills development, introduction to tumbling elements, conditioning development and balance improvement.
Purple: advanced skills introduction, tumbling enhancement & routine buildings.
Gold: Advanced level - Invitation ONLY.
Arrive Prepared
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes prior the beginning of your class.
Check-in upon arrival!
Comfortable clothes suggested, Leos and/or leggings recommended, hair tied up.
No socks, no sneakers, no accessories.
Bring your water bottle.
Because our priority is the safety of our jammers, we reserve the right to evaluate our members according to specific criteria. Our coaches are certified experts in their field, only they have the right to determine the level of your child. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

All coaches are Safe Sport certified & CPR certified, USAG certified (Gymnastics) and Obstacle course certified.
