Open JAM is an open workout/playtime from 11 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays.
No membership required - Free Access for Active Members
During this time, Jammers are free to practice and try on new skills under coaches’ supervision.
THIS IS NOT a class structured workout, however for the safety of all Drill Stations are set-up for everyone to enjoy.
