Note that no structured class will be offered during Open JAMs.
Ninjas & Obstacle courses will be set up in the Gym'Jam room for their Open Jams.
5yo & under must accompanied by an adult.

Skill Clinic - Back Handspring
Back Handspring Clinic at The Jam UAC
Learn the fundamentals with Coach Joshua.
60 minutes of drills, stations and technics to perform a powerful back handspring.
OPEN JAM
2 hours of Open Workout for 4 yo and Up.
Access to the Ninjastics/Parkour area, and Gymnastics room to work on your skills. Challenge yourself on our 12ft rig, and face our soft mats obstacle course.
Kids under 4 yo must accompanied by an adult.
